01.  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

I carefully edit every session and every image.  I will deliver your images in 2-4 weeks.

02.  HOW WILL MY FILES BE DELIVERED?

I share files via Google drive.  You’ll also receive a detailed instruction pdf in an email with your digital file link to help with keeping things simple.

03.  HOW DO WE BOOK AND PAY?

Family sessions can be booked on this website.  For weddings,  After we setup a meeting in person or phone call you’ll receive a custom payment portal online where you can sign the contract and make the deposit and final payment via credit card. I also take checks if you prefer.  General events can be booked by giving me a call at 630-570-0071

04.  DO WE GET THE COPYRIGHT TO OUR IMAGES?

Copyright is something I get asked about quite a bit.  I offer a copyright release with some of my packages that allows my clients to print images on their own and at the lab of their choice.  Copyright means that I am the creator of the images.  Copyright transfers are not possible, but you can share and print your images as much as you’d like.

05.  I’VE SEEN SOME OF YOUR HOLIDAY CARD IMAGES AND I’VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THEM.  HOW DO I GET SOME OF THAT GOODNESS?

Connect with me and let’s talk.  This isn’t for everyone.  It requires an open minds and a ton of trust, but if you’re in, I’m in.  These take a bit of time to edit and produce, so schedule with me early so we can get your session done with time to produce cards.

06.  I DON’T WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY, CAN I STILL GET GOOD STUFF?
You’ve heard the phrase, “Cheap photography isn’t good, and good photography isn’t cheap.”  I do believe that  get what you pay for.  If your brother’s wife’s cousin does your pictures for free, your pictures will look like your brother’s wife’s cousin did it for free.  If you’re looking for a killer deal, check out the Mini-Sessions, I’ve never offered them before and it’s a great value for the product you get.
07.  ARE ALL OF OUR PHOTOS EDITED?
 Yes, It’s the only way I do it.  All of them. Color and exposure will be exactly as I intend them to be.
08.  CUBS OR SOX?
I dig all Chicago teams and will back every one when we play a team from another city, but with some of the amazing charity work I have recently witnessed from Anthony Rizzo of the Cubs, I might lean slightly that way…
09. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
I shoot with professional level Nikon and Sigma gear because I can see a difference.  I use a 3-level backup system that employs high-end Drobo drives and cloud storage because I never want to lose an image.  I use twin 27″ Apple Thunderbolt displays to edit your images because I review EVERY image in detail…the truth is, I’m a gear junkie…
